There is a new rage of beauty enhancement, and it involves ladies' private part. The designer vagina is now a thing in South Korea and Lebanon, and it is said to help women - especially the married ones - live happier lives.

"The reason why a lot of people are divorcing is due to dissatisfaction with their sex lives," CEO of RIZ Cosmetic Laser Vaginal Surgery Dr. Lee Hyeong-kuen said. "Operating to tighten a woman's vagina - vaginoplasty - allows couples to experience sex as it was before the woman gave birth."

According to the South China Morning Post, Lee used to be a perinatologist by treating pregnancy complications and providing care for pregnant women. So, he revealed he had heard a lot of stories about their sex life after giving birth. The physician disclosed that a designer vagina helps a family live a happier life, and it even shows in the society.

A newlywed woman named Kim explained that there is a word in Korea, keumshil, which means "marital chemistry and sexual compatibility." So, if a couple says they have good keumshil, they are living a happy life. She even said that having a good sex life is good for marriage. It even helps to restore the women's confidence after giving birth.

Designer vagina involves the use of micro-laser technology to make the vagina tighter and small. It removes fats and wrinkles to make the skin around the labia smooth.

Labiaplasty or labia reduction is now the fastest growing beauty enhancement in the world. The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery record shows that the number of operations grows 32 percent year on year.

The designer vagina is not only famous in South Korea but also in Lebanon. Dr. Hussein Hashim, a plastic surgeon in Beirut, said that Lebanese women also want their labia inside. He and his co-surgeons perform surgeries called "The Barbie Look" or "The Beverly Hills Rejuvenation" that involve cutting the inner labia, tightening the vagina, and lessening the skin fold around the clitoris

Lebanon's plastic-surgery society member Elie Abdel Hak said that beauty used to be all about the face. But now, it involves the whole body.

The Economist reported that the rise in women opting for designer vagina stunned researchers. Some analysts said that Brazilian bikini waxing incites this procedure as they become more conscious of their vulvae's look.

Other examiners, on the other hand, believed that online pornography idealized the vagina's look that made women feel their genitals appear unpleasant. So, ladies become ashamed of their private part. The studies showed that childbirth, insults from men, and tighter clothes also add up to female insecurities that make them want to undergo designer vagina.
