People are all ears on Samsung's newest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S10 family, and that is why every leak counts, but it seems that there is still no assurance that the monster device will see the light of day. The handset is set to pack with the tech giant's exclusive Infinity-O screen display, but that will have to wait until the company confirms the production of the device.

Forbes reported that a group of bloggers at TechieRide said that Samsung already presented its Galaxy S10 family for certification in Russia, but the flagship handset, known as Beyond X, which is dubbed to be the company's biggest yet smartphone invention wasn't part of the submission. The tech giant only submitted the 'SM-G975F' (the 6.2-inch Galaxy S10+), the 'SM-G973F' (the standard 5.8-inch Galaxy S10), and their dual SIM (DS) variants, alongside the 'SM-G970F' - an all-new 'flat' Galaxy S10 budget model.

Apparently, this isn't the first time that the Beyond X is missing in the certification. Early in October, the flagship phone wasn't also part of the submission when the South Korean company presented the Galaxy S10 range in China for certification.

People were quick to speculate that this might be an indication that Samsung has pulled out the production of Beyond X, especially that the company has kept everything under the wraps. The Galaxy S10 family is expected to launch in February 2019, which is only less than three months away, and people are worried about the flagship phone.

The Beyond X is going to be the company's monster device that will sport a 6.7-inch Infinity-O display that is said to be Samsung-exclusive with six cameras, and the only version of the Galaxy S10 family to support 5G. It will reportedly be packed with the world's first ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader as well as the new gradient color schemes.

Previous reports from Korea also suggested that Samsung has started its mass production of the Galaxy S10 range exclusive Infinity-O technology, but that will have to be confirmed as well. The company has confirmed that it has all the top-of-the-line technology to pull off this kind of smartphone, but with the recent suspicions that Beyond X is missing for certification for the second time around, people may just have to wait until February 2019 if the monster device will ever get confirmed.

There is still no word from Samsung regarding these leaks, but if the Beyond X has been quietly canceled, then this will be the tech giant's biggest cancellation ever this year.
