After winning the 2019 WWE Royal Rumble, Seth Rollins was expected to name the champion he plans to face at Wrestlemania 35 set at the MetLife Stadium in Rutherford, New Jersey on April 7, 2019. The Kingslayer had only two choices: Brock Lesnar or Daniel Bryan.

At the Jan. 28 edition of WWE Raw, Rollins was given until the end of the night to make the right choice. But it seems he didn't have to make a verbal announcement since Brock Lesnar came out to make the decision easier for him, Cageside Seats reported.

While it seemed like a no-brainer that he would challenge for the Universal title, a belt he has never won, Rollins may have made the wrong move of attacking the Beast Incarnate. While he did manage to connect some blows to the champion, he ended up on the losing end with five F5's - Brock's patented finisher, WWE.com reported.

With the stage set, it seems that things will get a bit interesting from here on. Rollins and Lesnar are likely to build up some hype leading to Wrestlemania 35, both expected to do employ mind games and plenty of physical altercations.

The odds do not seem to favor the Kingslayer if physicality is to be the basis. Seeing however that the closest Rollins got to winning the Universal title was a runner-up finish to Finn Balor back in 2016, the Kingslayer is expected to go all out to add the belt to his list of accolades.

With the David against Goliath match set, Rollins is an obvious underdog. However, Rollin has been repeatedly mentioned as getting a push from the WWE as they try to shift to a new chapter. Things will not come easy but it seems like a plausible outcome using previous Wrestlemania skits as a basis.

Even more interesting would be the aftermath of that clash. This is regardless of Lesnar or Rollins come out on top. A third person could come out during or after the match - likely the next one in line to challenge for the WWE Universal title.

One person that comes to mind is Roman Reigns who remains indisposed as he battles his second fight with Leukemia. Seeing however how he is set to start in his first big screen role together with cousin Dwyane "The Rock" Johnson as posted on the latter's Instagram account, the health status of the Big Dog could hint at an impending return to the WWE scene soon. So the better question right now is whether all that will happen at Wrestlemania 35.
