Fans of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are excited the couple may be expecting a baby, and here is why they think so.
It is not the first time that followers of the Wrecking Ball singer and her Australian actor hubby have speculated on the two gearing up for real life mommy and daddy roles. Once more, the 26-year-old actress recently set off a slew of speculations of mommy-hood with a recent Instagram post.
Cyrus posted Tuesday on social media a Met Gala photo of herself with Hemsworth which she captioned "Daddy & Mommy."
Fans of the newlyweds did not know what to make of it except speculate on whether the post was an announcement that the two had become soon-to-be parents.
One fan commented "can't wait" for the couple's "bundle of joy." Then someone asked the singer whether the post was a "hint to something." Another was more to the point declaring, "she's pregnant."
What was more is that a recent interview of Hemsworth with GQ lent credence to the speculation, when the Hunger Games star responded to a query regarding having children. The actor had responded that he was looking forward to having "ten, fifteen" or even "twenty" kids.
In a short time, social media was alight with the possibility. However, more levelheaded followers suggested it was possible that Cyrus was just using the pet names, following another image posting of Demi Moore captioned along the same lines.
Cyrus and Moore both starred in the 2012 film LOL, and the latter played the role of "mommy" to Cyrus' character Lola.
Still though, it seems fans of the couple are looking forward to the two expanding their brood. And "daddy" recently said something on the topic.
Hemsworth spoke in his GQ interview of having a multitude of children, although he also underlined that it was not going to be anytime soon. This is because, according to him, one "could not" take a baby inside the couple's house at this point in time, since it was overcrowded with their numerous dogs.
He assured fans though that "one day" it would happen. It will be when the "time" was "right." But it was not going to be anytime soon, according to the Independence Day: Resurgence actor.
Hemsworth and Cyrus have only just gotten married before Christmas Eve 2018. The occasion was a private ceremony attended by a select few people close to them.
Early this year, in January, when Cyrus had revealed pictures from their wedding ceremony, those who have closely followed the couple's relationship also assumed that the Franklin, Tennessee, native was pregnant, from the way she was pictured in her wedding photos.
That time, Cyrus quickly shut down those rumors.
