Justin Bieber recently had some pulses racing as he went shirtless at New York City's boutique gym, Dogpound, displaying his toned abs and tattoos while working out.

The singer-songwriter was sighted wearing only his black gym shorts, with his Calvin Klein underwear peeking out. He stood in his New Balance sneakers with white tube socks.

The pop singer spent around an hour doing his routines, spending a considerable amount of that time working a red stretch band to get some results on his shoulders and back. Bieber's body was covered all over with tattoos, including his arms, and his hair was cut short.

While he attended his workout class with some other Dogpound clients, his wife, Hailey Baldwin, an American model, was also getting her fitness fix at another studio. The two had gotten married last year in a secret court ceremony September, after getting engaged in July.

A big wedding for the official couple is not in the works as yet, as they are both concentrating on strengthening more Bieber's mental health. Baldwin is said to be "supporting him," a source revealed, and will get to that part of their union when they "feel" that they are both "ready." The "most important" consideration for them at the moment is that Bieber is "mentally healthy."

The 25-year-old has been giving himself to his treatments for what he has called "deep-rooted issues." That has helped because it has "changed" how he "thinks" and has stayed "focused" more on going just a day at a time, the source went on to share. Accordingly, it is with moments when he begins to take on too much, "thinking" so "far ahead" that he starts feeling "stressed out" and pressured.

In his message to his fans Sunday, the worldwide sensation acknowledged his fans clamoring for an album. He wrote in his Instagram post, ruminating on how his "whole teenaged life" and much of his "early 20s he has gone on tour for his music. But he spoke too of how he had been "unhappy" in his last tour, saying that his audience and fans did not deserve that.

Bieber pointed out that his audience "pay money" to have good vibes, a "fun" as well as "light" performance, but he had disappointed them because he had been "unable emotionally" to offer that back toward the end of that tour. He shared in his post that he has been working on "repairing" those "deep-rooted issues" because he wants to avoid falling "apart" and "sustain" his marriage.

He even went as far as to mention that he has sought help to become the "father" he wants to be. The "Sorry" singer pointed out that though his music was "important," there was "nothing" that was more so than "family" and "health." He promised that "ASAP" he would come back to his music "with a vengeance."

The Canadian star had just gotten the most number of subscribers on YouTube this week, reaching 45 million subscribers. He is the first artist to have accomplished this and is up there with some biggies as Elton John, Alice Cooper, Lil Nas X, and The Verve. Not a surprising feat considering he is some sort of YouTube sensation after he got his career jumpstarted on the video sharing service.

His Official Artist Channel is flourishing as well, while his collab with British guitarist and singer, Edward "Ed" Sheeran, is at the second spot of the US Top Songs list as well as the Global Top Songs chart. What is keeping it from rising to the top-most spot is the "Old Town Road" by the performer, Lil Nas X.
