Popular Samsung insider Ice Universe recently revealed more issues about the design and the display of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 device. The serial leaker claimed that he possessed the latest schematics of the cases of Samsung's upcoming flagship device. The cases, according to Ice Universe, confirm one of the biggest fears of many Samsung fans.
It appears that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is indeed going to lose the headphone jack. This makes the upcoming device the first ever flagship phone from Samsung without the headphone jack. What makes it disappointing is that the Galaxy Note series is a popular do-everything device, and Samsung seems to be changing that.
Another revelation about the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 stops the rumors that the flagship device will follow OnePlus 7 Pro's 90 Hz display or refresh rate. The Samsung insider confirms that the upcoming device from Samsung will have a 60Hz display panel. This seems outrageous considering that the South Korean tech and electronics giant will ask you to buy the device at $1000. That's a $399 difference from the better OnePlus 7 Pro device with superior specs.
Previous reports claim that the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will house the next-generation storage that is not in the Samsung Galaxy S10. However, the same storage is also in OnePlus 7 Pro. The said flagship killer device also houses the same notch-less bezel-less display and chipset.
OnePlus 7 Pro also promises to deliver fast charging time similar to what the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is speculated to have. Interestingly, OnePlus 7 pro will, in fact, delivering faster charging time than the hotly-tipped 45W upgrade of Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Earlier this month, we saw reports claiming that the upcoming flagship device from Samsung will have a bad camera design as revealed by another Samsung insider Steve Hemmerstoffer.
He was quoted saying that the camera setup looks bad compared to the design of its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. So far, these are unconfirmed reports. But, it is worth considering that Ice Universe and his leaks are consistent most of the time with the actual products. As always, it is smart to take this information with a pinch of salt.
