The relationship of Kate Middleton and Prince William has been hounded with several issues and controversies. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were rumored to be considering filing for divorce after the elder brother of Prince Harry, allegedly, had an affair with Kate's close pal, Rose Hanbury. The split rumors started to make rounds after it was reported that Kate and Rose had a falling out.

It was, previously, claimed that Kate stopped talking to Rose because of an alleged affair between Prince William and the Marchioness of Cholmondeley. Though various media outlets have covered the alleged affair, no concrete pieces of evidence to support such a malicious claim, even the Royal family decided to ignore the speculations, but both parties are said to be taking legal actions regarding the slanderous reports.

Despite this, the cheating allegations did not stop after Rose Hanbury was sighted wearing no wedding ring during a state banquet at Buckingham Palace in honor of the official visit of U.S. President Donald Trump to London last month. The absence of wedding band sparked rumors that the marriage of Kate Middleton's former friend to David Rocksavage might be on the rocks lately, especially after her alleged romance with Prince William made rounds like wildfire.

For starters, Rose and David live close to the rural estate of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Since they have been friends with the Royal family for several years already, the couple had developed a close bond with Kate Middleton and Prince William.  The lawyers of Queen Elizabeth's grandson have, previously, warned to file charges against the spreader of malicious and fabricated news about the Cambridges.

Meanwhile, recent reports suggested that Prince William, previously, revealed to Queen Elizabeth that he was not sure if he loved Kate Middleton enough. "I can't... It just isn't going to work. It isn't fair to you," the brother of Prince Harry, allegedly, told Pippa Middleton's sister during their breakup in Spring 2007. Though the Queen of the British Monarchy is not a fan of divorces, she, reportedly, gave her full trust to William in deciding on settling down with Kate.

The good thing was, the split did not last long, and Kate and William had reconciled. "Now they are back together, the Queen wants William to do the right thing - either marry the girl or let her go," an unnamed Royal source, allegedly, said in 2007. "She would rather they broke up for good now than get married only to have it end in divorce in five years' time," the tipster added.

At the moment, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are living happily along with their three kids - Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1. Stay tuned to Business Times for the latest news and updates about Kate Middleton and Prince William!
