Long before Manny Pacquiao fought Keith Thurman last Saturday night, Amir Khan already claimed that he is scheduled to fight the Filipino boxer. But it appears that he got the information wrong and Pacquiao's camped already clarified that it is not going to happen anytime soon. Recently, in one of his interviews, Khan shared that Pacquiao had some flaws during his fight with Thurman.
Amir Khan has been sharing in his social media accounts that he is going to fight Manny Pacquaio in November. Now, he said that he was being misled and admitted that he was wrongly informed about the November fight with the Filipino boxer. The former boxing champ made the sensational announcement following a lucrative appearance in the Middle East earlier this month, claiming that Pacquiao had already signed a deal to fight him in November of this year.
Team Pacquiao instantly denied Khan's claim and insisted that there was no agreement made and that Khan could have been misinformed. Amir Khan told Sky Sports that even before the press conference he was told that the contracts between him and Manny Pacquiao have already been signed. Last week, Pacquiao's camp abolished the suggestion that many had already given his nod to a fight with Khan to be held in Saudi Arabia.
Amir Khan was so definite when he announced his upcoming fight with Pacquiao and even gave out a November 8 fight date. Now, he claims he was given the wrong information. Earlier this month, Amir Khan defeated in Jeddah Billy Dib and now is concentrating on making sure that his advisers get to ink the contract for his upcoming opponent.

Just recently, Amir Khan admitted that he was impressed with Manny Pacquiao's win last Saturday where the Filipino fighting champion erased the undefeated record of Keith Thurman and made himself the oldest boxer to win the WBA welterweight belt. However, Amir Khan shared that he saw some flaws that he could expose if and when he fights Manny on the ring.
Khan was quoted saying that Manny's performance was good and he boxed very well against an equally good fighter. He said Manny's movement, timing, and power were all present during the fight and noted that the Filipino boxer was like the younger version of the 40-years old Pacquiao. Khan also noticed that Pacquiao's speed has slightly dropped and he is no longer accurate with his punches unlike before.
