Paris Saint-Germain have made the big move of putting a price tag on Neymar for 200 million euros, which could be set for another sensational transfer this summer. Rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona are both heavily interested in signing the Brazilian, merely two years after joining the French club for 222 million euros.

It is understood that PSG isn't exactly with Neymar's desire to leave, so the owners have requested a whopping sum in return for the striker, according to French publication Le Parisien. The newspaper also indicated that Neymar has demanded a 34-million-euro salary.

There are also reports claiming that the president of Real Madrid, Florentino Lopez, has always been a huge admirer of Neymar. PSG and Real have made contact before the summer, but the two clubs haven't reached an agreement. However, Lopez is said to have developed a good relationship with Neymar's father, as well as PSG president Nasser al Khelaifi, which could help seal the deal.

There is also a chance that Isco, James Rodriguez, and Gareth Bale could be included in the deal. There have been declines on offers with both clubs, but according to PSG's sporting director, negotiations are more advanced than thought.

This transfer window, Real Madrid have already shelled out 303 million euros, which is more than any club in Europe, but they are still interested in adding Neymar to their roster.

Kylian Mbappe and Paul Pogba have also caught the eye of Los Blancos, though Mbappe will not be leaving Manchester United, at least for now, since the English transfer window is already closed. Mbappe is being considered as a player for the future and is being touted for a big transfer in 2020.

In other news, Lionel Messi has privately urged Neymar to reject Real Madrid and push for a return to Barcelona. The Brazilian has expressed his desire to leave Paris Saint-Germain before the end of the transfer window, and the French champions are now open to allowing forward to leave.

On Sunday, PSG fans turned against Neymar during their match against Nimes as they held up banners which read "get out," while supporters also chanted 'son of a bitch' at the Brazilian. But PSG boss Thomas Tuchel preferably wants Neymar to stay.

"I love Neymar. I want to continue playing with him, but the reality is that we have to find solutions without Ney," Tuchel said. I"f we lose Neymar, maybe I will not sleep. It's not possible to lose Ney and find a guy who does the same things as him."
