Gun Media and Black Tower Studios confirmed earlier this year that they would soon release "Friday the 13th: The Game" on the hybrid console, Nintendo Switch. In June, fans learned about the official launch date of the third-person horror game, which is based on the popular movie franchise. Interestingly, the long wait is finally over and Switch gamers can now get their hands on "Friday the 13th: The Game."
The "Friday the 13th: The Game" has already received a lot of content since it was released. However, Nintendo Switch players will not get any new content because of licensing issues. But, all the contents released on the game will also be available on the Nintendo Switch version so there is nothing that Switch players will miss.
This includes the Ultimate Slasher Edition which was already rolled out to other gaming platforms. For those uninitiated, "Friday the 13th: The Game" is a third-person horror video survival game where players take the role of a teen counselor or even Jason Vorhees. Along with other unlucky souls, you have to do everything possible to survive and escape the world's notorious killer who will track you down and will fatally slaughter you when he catches you.
"Friday the 13th: The Game" is designed to provide each player the tools to escape and survive in the game or even attempt to kill Jason Vorhees, who could not be killed. Every gameplay will offer every player the chance to prove if he has what it takes to not only escape or survive the game but also to be the most feared killer in the history of movies, a predator with more body piled compared to his other rival killers.

Jason Vorhees, on the other hand, is designed to have a wide range of abilities to hunt, track, and kill the counselors in "Friday the 13th: The Game." He can stalk from the darkness of the shadows and frighten his targets before killing them at the right time. He is as brutal in the game as he is perceived from the movies.
For those who play as Jason Vorhees in "Friday the 13th: The Game," they can terrify the unlucky counselors who cross his path. "Friday the 13th: The Game" is now available on Nintendo Switch. It can also be played in other gaming platforms. This includes PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
