The OnePlus 7T launch was scheduled on Sept. 26, but it seems as though the company couldn't wait for the reveal of its new flagship and decided to show the world what the new phone looks like.
CEO Pete Lau took to the OnePlus forums to unveil the design of the firm's next flagship handset more than a week ahead of its scheduled launch event.
The images of the OnePlus 7T are all over social media. The one feature that stood out is the new rear camera bump, which appears to have been enlarged and made circular. It houses three cameras, although we have no idea what the specs these cameras have or the lenses that come with it. What we do know is that it's an upgrade on the OnePlus 7.

The OnePlus 7T appears to be larger than the OnePlus 7 too, but do know our point of comparison is the camera lens. As for the sizes, Lau made no mention of it either.
The two images released today only show the back of the phone. The most noticeable change from the OnePlus 7 is the new circular camera module, which houses the three new camera lenses with 17, 26 and 51mm focal lengths, respectively. Below them is an LED flash.
Lau's reveal came with a blog post that discusses what people should expect of the OnePlus 7T. In the post, the CEO emphasized how important it is that the phone has a premium feel to it. He also said that there'd been a lot of work put into refining the matte glass back, with a smooth finish and metallic radiance, which he says will be on the OnePlus 7T.
The OnePlus 7T, according to Lau, is built with performance and design in mind: "exceptional design isn't just about the things you see, but also about the little things that you don't even notice. It's about everything being in the right place, creating a fast, smooth, seamless, and fluid experience."
OnePlus 7T will officially launch on Sept. 26 in India, and the rest of the world will have it by Oct. 10. There's a rumored Pro version of the 7T too, but we'll have to wait for OnePlus to announce that too.
