Is the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, giving hints that she's pregnant? This is what royal watchers think after she emerged in a blue shirt-dress during her South African soiree with Prince Harry this week.
According to The Sun, Duchess Meghan wore the very same dress from designer Veronica Beard while she was three months pregnant with baby Archie Harrison. She was visiting the Republic of Tonga, at that time, with her husband.
Nearly a year later, Duchess Meghan would recycle the dress with a completely different look for a visit to South Africa this week with Prince Harry. This time, she paired the outfit with black Espadrilles wedge heels and a pair of gold earrings, and she also wore her hair down.
While the report stated that this dress is Duchess Meghan's favorite, some royal watchers are convinced that it could be an indication that she's pregnant with her second baby with Prince Harry. Some fans even went far as to predict that the Sussex royals are going to welcome their second child in May 2020.
Rumors that Duchess Meghan is with child again surfaced a month just after she gave birth to her first baby. Betting sites in London have received a significant number of bets citing another pregnancy announcement could be coming soon.
"We have been inundated over the last few days with bets on Harry and Meghan having a second baby in 2020, and as always with gambles of this kind, there is seldom smoke without fire," Alex Apati of the betting company Coral stated. "Baby fever could soon be taking over the Royal Family once again, and despite only giving birth a matter of weeks ago, we wouldn't be surprised if Harry and Meghan have the bug."
In July, royal expert Melanie Bromley also made her fearless forecast about Duchess Meghan's pregnancy in an interview with E! News. She said that Prince Harry's wife might be heavy with child again around spring or summer next year, especially when the Duke of Sussex said that they are planning to have one more child to complete their family.
The Duchess is already in her late '30s and thus have a shorter window of getting pregnant and giving birth. Though experts advised that she must at least wait a year and a half to conceive again, some royalists think that the Sussex couple would likely have baby number two sooner than expected.
