A netizen took to an online forum Quora to ask, “What are the times when Prince William and Catherine have had public displays of affection?” One royal fan then posted a series of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s PDA photos.
All snaps showed the Duke and Duchess canoodling in public, sometimes by themselves, but most of the time with other companions. One of those companions was Prince Harry.
The third Prince William and Kate Middleton’s PDA photo that the fan shared showed the Duchess of Cambridge kissing her husband on the cheek, while the Duke of Sussex awkwardly looked away. However, there’s also the possibility that the younger prince had no idea what was going on since the royal couple was behind him.
Another fan posted a couple of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s PDA photos as well. This time, however, they showed subtle affection like holding hands, a hand on one knee, a lovely stare down, and a lot more. Clearly, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are not limiting themselves to showing their love for each other in public at all.
Ironically, one netizen previously took to the same online forum to ask, “What do people think about the nearly constant public displays of affection between Prince Harry and his wife, and is this a major departure from royal family norms?”
While it appeared that Prince Harry looked away when Kate Middleton kissed Prince William, he’s not really bothered by showing some PDA actions himself as fans noticed that he and his wife Meghan Markle do it too. As it turns out, these young royal couples are not the only ones who are open to PDA. A commenter posted a few snaps of other royal couples showing some PDA like Prince Charles, Princess Diana, and even the Queen herself.
Most people think that the royals are so much different than the commoners, that they thought that the members would not show any emotions while in public. However, all those Prince William and Kate Middleton’s PDA photos and other members of the royal family can easily prove them wrong.
