Rockstar Games surprised the gaming industry when it announced the arrival of "Red Dead Redemption 2" on the PC port. Contrary to many speculations and assumptions, it seems that the PC version of the Wild West-themed action-adventure game is going to be different from the one available in the gaming consoles. The game developer recently revealed the new story content that will be available when the game releases on the new gaming platform.

The popular game developer is adding experience in "Red Dead Redemption 2" in various ways. This includes graphical enhancements and upgrades that allowed increased draw distances and enhanced reflections and lighting. There are also new game features such as multi-monitor configurations and HDR support.

Perhaps, the most exciting addition to the PC version of "Red Dead Redemption 2" is the new gameplay content. Rockstar Games confirmed that the game's PC version will have a new content through its story mode. On Rockstar's news wire, the game developer shared that there's a wide range of new content that players should discover, learn, encounter, and experience in the upcoming PC port.

Surprisingly, the new story mode content of the "Red Dead Redemption 2" PC version has no story mode. We do not know at this point if the game developer has plans of releasing new campaign missions or new dialogues in the future, but for now, these are not available in the upcoming version of the game. What fans can expect in the upcoming release are three new Bounty Hunter Missions, two new Gang Hideouts, and two new treasure Maps.

Rockstar will also roll out a new mission titled "To The Ends of the Earth," along with four new weapons, three new wild horse varieties, and four new horses. "Red Dead Redemption 2" PC players can also collect five new trinkets. There is no need to download the new content as a separate DLC since all of these will be integrated into the "Red Dead Redemption 2" open world.

The game developer also revealed the minimum and recommended PC system requirements of "Red Dead Redemption 2." New 4K screenshots of the game's PC version were also recently released. The PC version is also available on Rockstar Launcher and other PC games retailers. "Red Dead Redemption 2" is now available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and will be released on PC on November 5.
