Since last year, we have heard claims, leaks, and speculations about "GTA 6," and most of the time, these claims are insane and hilarious. With Rockstar Games still mum and has not even confirmed that the game is in development, it is not surprising to hear wild claims from fans. However, it appears that things might take a sudden turn if the recent claim is true and it might suggest that the highly anticipated "GTA 6" might arrive sooner than expected.
Rockstar Games recently posted an ad for game testers on LinkedIn, triggering speculations that "GTA 6" could be in its final stages. Kiran Kumar, Rockstar Games' talent acquisition lead, shared an ad suggesting that the company is looking for testers in Rockstar Games in India. The recruitment drive is scheduled between November 16 and 17 in Pune.
The ad states that Rockstar Games India is looking for freshers with knowledge and expertise in Rockstar Games for up to a couple of years. What is interesting about this job ad is the accompanying image, which appears to be taken from one of the pages of "Grand Theft Auto" games. This fuels further speculations that game testing is for "GTA 6."
On Reddit, a user also noticed the image and claimed that the job ads could be suggesting that "GTA 6" is already in its alpha or beta phase and is now ready to be tested. While these are just mere speculations considering that nothing in the ad directly states that the game testing is for "GTA 6," fans have been growing impatient. It's been six years since Rockstar Games released "GTA 5," and fans are eager to get their hands on the sixth iteration of the popular "Grand Theft Auto" series.
A few days earlier, an alleged "GTA 6" gameplay surfaced online. However, fans were quick to dig in and evaluate its veracity and ruled out that the video is not the gameplay of "GTA 6" but rather a video of a "GTA" mod. As mentioned earlier, claims about the sixth game iteration of the "GTA" series are wild and crazy.
Rockstar Games, despite the ebb of leaks, has not yet made any statement or announcement about "GTA 6." Fans believe that the highly awaited and heavily rumored game might be released in PlayStation 5 and Xbox Scarlett and could be one of the reasons why Rockstar Games is delaying its announcement and release.
For now, these are just speculations, and we encourage taking these details with a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, Rockstar Games are releasing the PC version of "Red Dead Redemption 2" on November 5, 2019.
