Will the rift between Prince William and Prince Harry finally end in 2020? A royal expert doesn't think things will change between the sons of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. In fact, the rift may continue to run deep as the Cambridges and Sussexes houses are forever changed.
Royal correspondent Rebecca English wrote in the Daily Mail that the royal brothers' relationship has been marked differently since Prince Harry married Meghan Markle. Sources told English that Prince Harry strongly takes the side of his wife before anyone or anything else that it is allegedly causing a distance between the Duke of Sussex and the royal family.
English also wrote that Prince Harry and Meghan's son Archie Harrison has yet to spend some time with Prince William and Kate's three children. Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis apparently barely know their little cousin because of this rift between Prince William and Prince Harry.
However, Prince William and Prince Harry remain fully bounded by one experience -- losing their mother in their teenage years. English said that the brothers "talk occasionally" but their relationship will not be the same as before as they truly are charging different paths.
Meanwhile, as rumors of the brothers' distance from each other seems to be getting louder and growing wider, another royal expert claimed that Queen Elizabeth does not want to meddle in the feud of his grandsons. Ingrid Seward said that while Her Majesty would be sad for the brothers, she will not try to interfere in their personal issues.
An insider also said that Prince William and Harry, along with their wives Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle, were supposed to initially work together for the Royal Foundation as the famous Fab Four. But when Prince Harry and Meghan moved out of Kensington and into their new home in Windsor, rumors of the feud started to buzz.
The fight allegedly stemmed from Prince William's issues with Prince Harry and Meghan's whirlwind relationship. The older brother was concerned that Prince Harry was making a hasty decision when he decided to marry the American actress after a year and a half of dating.
In October, it was Prince Harry who told the world that he and his older brother Prince William are no longer spending time as much as they used to in the documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey. It was also the Duke of Sussex who confirmed that he is on a different path with the Duke of Cambridge.
