5G smartphones are anticipated to make waves this year. Samsung and Xiaomi already released their smartphones with 5G variants, and Apple is anticipated to roll out its own version soon. A new leaked spec sheet of OnePlus 8 Pro 5G revealed and confirmed earlier leaked specs of the upcoming device.
OnePlus 8 Pro 5G Specs
The latest information about the specs of the OnePlus Pro 5G comes from the popular tipster on Twitter Sudhanshu1414. The tipster shared a screen capture of the alleged specs sheet of the upcoming 5G variant of the Chinese company. This seems to align with earlier leaks about the next generation 5G smartphone from OnePlus.
The alleged OnePlus 8 Pro 5G reveals that the device would house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It would be available in 256GB ROM and 128 GB internal memory. For its display, the device would feature a 6.65-inch Fluid AMOLED screen and would run on Android 10.
The alleged OnePlus 8 specs sheet also shows that the upcoming device would house a triple rear camera configuration. It would feature a 64 MP primary shooter, a 20 MP camera, and a 12 MP sensor. As for its display refresh rate, the leaked specs confirm that it would feature the 120 Hz refresh rate.
Hands-On OnePlus 8 Images
Aside from the new OnePlus 8 Pro 5G leaked specs sheet, another set of leaked hands-on images surfaced online. The images were first reported by Slashleaks allegedly show actual images of OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro. The veracity of the photos is hard to confirm, but based on the images, they look a lot like the OnePlus 7T Pro model.
The hands-on images show that the Chinese company might have upgraded its non-pro model to feature four cameras. It seems that the fourth camera is a 3D Time of Flight sensor, which is located to the side of the smartphone. Also, it is noticeable that the images show very little difference with the OnePlus 7T Pro we saw last year.
In front, it looks like the OnePlus 8 features a 2K OLED screen with a punch-hole cutout hidden somewhere. The device is rumored to feature IP water and dust resistance rating. The upcoming flagship killer smartphone might also release with wireless charging.
