Meghan Markle likes to take her son, Archie Harrison, out for a walk every day near her rented home on Vancouver Island. The Duchess of Sussex also interacts with the locals who describe her as "very kind."
A source told Us Weekly that Meghan either puts Archie in a stroller or straps him on when she's doing her daily walks. Usually, the mother with baby go for a walk for at least an hour or two and she makes it a point to do this daily.
Meghan has apparently been telling friends that she absolutely loves her life in Canada and the fact that she can go on a hike in a secluded area. The duchess often meets the locals when she and Archie are on their strolls. Meghan apparently stops to chat with the local folks about parenting or the weather. The source also said that Prince Harry's wife is pleasant to strangers.
Last January, the paparazzi followed Meghan as she was walking with her son and dogs at Horth Hill Regional Park. Not far from her were two protection officers.
Prince Harry and Meghan, however, immediately issued a statement following the release of the paparazzi photos. The Sussex couple warned that they will be enforcing legal action if the paparazzi keep with the harassment.
The statement also underscored that the paparazzi has been camping outside their rented home to try to photograph the indoors using long-range lenses. Prince Harry and Meghan's lawyers said that there are serious safety concerns the paparazzi's actions.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry is still in London to attend to meetings and other private engagements. However, he will be flying back to Vancouver Island to join his wife and child pretty soon to star their new life as non-senior members of the royal family.
This means that they won't be officially representing the Queen and the Crown in any royal engagements anymore. They also won't be receiving any financial support from the Sovereign Grant.
Prince Harry and Meghan, however, are going to find lucrative ventures in order to be financially independent. There are also talks that the Sussexes will be moving from Canada to Los Angeles in the summer.
According to Hello! Prince Harry and Meghan might stay in the Malibu rental property, Petra Manor, which used to have Kylie Jenner as a tenant. The eight-bedroom mansion has a sprawling lawn and many amenities including its own dance studio.
The couple reportedly wants a house where they can both have business and social meetings. It's unclear, however, what the next step is for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. All will be revealed on their official website by April.
