Queen Elizabeth II just recently gave her pre-recorded televised address on Sunday. After reassuring the public that "better days will return," she, reportedly, issued a statement thanking all the healthcare workers across the Commonwealth and the globe.

It was said that the monarch issued the written form of the message from Windsor Castle, where she and Prince Philip have been self-isolating since March. Afterward, the statement was released in a video, which was posted on the Royal Family's official Twitter account.

According to Express UK, in celebration of World Health Day, Queen Elizabeth II wanted to thank everyone who is working on the front lines. She, reportedly, highlighted the healthcare professionals' "selfless commitment" and "diligence" amid the COVID-19 crisis across the globe.

The monarch then went on to claim that "in testing times," this is when everyone can see the "best of the human spirit" that "comes to the fore." She also said that it is "an example" to everyone, including them as a family, that "countless" of healthcare professionals and workers are dedicating their lives to service amid the "most challenging of circumstances."

The video that was released via social media showed several photos of members of the British Royal Family as they engage with healthcare professionals, especially in the United Kingdom. The video also came with a caption stating that "on behalf of the Royal Family," Queen Elizabeth II has sent a message for those who are working in the health sector in accordance with the World Health Day.

In a similar report released by Newsweek, the publication noted that the Monarch's statement came after the news revealing that the United Kingdom's Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has been admitted to the ICU of St Thomas' Hospital. As per the PM's spokesperson, though, the UK's leader has remained in "good spirits," and now in a stable condition.

Queen Elizabeth II issued a separate message for the Prime Minister upon learning the details of Boris Johnson's condition. Her message was also posted on the same account stating that she sent her regards to the Johnson Family, as well as to his fiancé, Carrie Symonds. In the end, the post shared that the Queen wishes him a "speed recovery."

As of the time of writing, it is believed that all members of the British Royal Family have remained in "good health," including especially the seniors, Queen Elizabeth II herself, and Prince Philip, as well as, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, and Prince Charles, who both observed strict quarantine periods since the Prince of Wales had tested positive for the virus.
