Cressida Bonas, Prince Harry's ex-girlfriend, has to postpone her wedding to Harry Wentworth-Stanley due to the coronavirus lockdown. But she and her fiancé did have a pretend wedding recently to celebrate her beau's birthday.

Bonas made light of their situation by sharing a photo of her and Wentworth-Stanley for their AutoWed. According to Hello, this is a type of wedding vending machine that issues a receipt and a ring to couples who want a no-fuss ceremony.

Bonas even wore a veil while Wentworth-Stanley wore a top hat to their AutoWed event. The actress also had a bouquet of flowers on her hand while Wentworth-Stanley showed the receipt of their mock wedding.

According to Daily Mail, Bonas and Wentworth-Stanley decided to drop their wedding plans while the coronavirus lockdown orders are still in effect as large gatherings are not allowed. Not much is known about their wedding details but they originally wanted to have a non-traditional ceremony and planned to honeymoon in New Zealand.

"I'd like to travel around New Zealand in a camper van and sleep under the stars in a big rug," Bonas said. "This was my original plan for my honeymoon, so I'm not sure if that's going to happen now, but I will keep dreaming."

Bonas has been with Wentworth-Stanley since breaking up with Prince Harry in 2014. As with the royal's other girlfriends, Bonas also struggled with the royal media spotlight.

It was Princess Eugenie who introduced Bonas to Prince Harry in 2012. Bonas and the Duke of Sussex, however, have remained good friends despite their split and she was actually one of the guests during Prince Harry's wedding to Meghan Markle.

Wentworth-Stanley, on the other hand, is the son of the Marchioness of Milford Haven, Clare Mountbatten. He works in real estate. He and Bonas actually dated before she was in a relationship with Prince Harry. They rekindled their romance when the two broke up.

Meanwhile, before the lockdown, Bonas was working in the TV series White House Farm, which aired on ITV in February. Bonas is also busy with her podcast, Fear Itself, where she asks guests to talk about their biggest fears.

"Thinking about fear, maybe in my case the root cause is this false dream of perfection and the fear of failing, making mistakes or messing up," the actress said. "It's frustrating because if you don't get things wrong, mess up sometimes or fail, how can we ever learn [and] grow?"
