Kate Middleton is one of the world's best-dressed women but there's one outfit that doesn't get much approval from her husband, Prince William. The Duke of Cambridge teased his wife one time that she looks like a banana wearing a famous yellow dress.

The Duchess of Cambridge re-wore this yellow dress recently when she did a video message for Australia's first responders to celebrate "Thank A First Responder Day" with Prince William. The yellow dress is actually a Roksanda dress, which Kate first wore when she visited the land Down Under in 2014 with her husband.

According to reports, the bright yellow tube-like dress had some peelings to reveal a paler yellow material. Suffice it to say, it actually resembled a banana.

It was Kate who remarked, with a laugh, that her husband told her how she looks. While a lot of people loved her for carrying the bright yellow dress so well, her husband was apparently teasing her. The Duchess of Cambridge doesn't seem to mind the comparison since she wore the dress again.

Prince and William and Kate were supposed to visit Australia sometime this spring or summer to show their support for the first responders who saved thousands of lives during the bushfires in January. However, their trip didn't push through because of the threats of the coronavirus.

Kensington Palace announced in February that they are in touch with the government of Prime Minister Scott Morrison, who invited the royal couple back to the Commonwealth country. The last time Prince William and Kate were in Australia was in 2014, when Prince George was just a toddler.

The plan to visit Australia again wasn't yet set in stone since they had to come up with the couple's itinerary. Unfortunately, it's unclear if Prince William and Kate will be able to proceed with the visit since there's still a risk with the virus around.

Prince William and Kate have been isolating in Anmer Hall with their children since mid-March. To continue their work, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are doing video conferencing since they are not yet allowed to do in-person meetings.

The rest of the royal family are also doing video calls and rarely venture outside for actual royal engagements. The government has not yet given orders to clear mass gatherings and events for a large number of people as the virus could easily spread within a crowd.
