The iPhone 12 series is anticipated to make an appearance at the upcoming Apple event. The event happening a few days from now is believed to debut the Apple Watch Series 6 and some new iPad models. Interestingly, a new report claims that the Cupertino company might release an iPhone 12 teaser at the event.

Apple Insider recently shared seeing the report released by JP Morgan. It seems that the multinational financial services company is going against the widespread consensus on what the upcoming Apple event would be about. In the report, Samik Chatterjee advises not to rule out the possibility of a combined launch announcement for the iPhone 12, Apple Watch Series 6 and iPad in the upcoming event.

Apple has confirmed a possible delay for iPhones due to the shipping schedule during its recent earnings call. But the Cupertino company did not reveal the extent of this delay and the exact release date of the iPhone 12 series. Chatterjee, however, believes press reports suggest that delays could be moderate.

The company is also set to commence manufacturing in the middle of September, which, according to Chatterjee, could position Apple to release some of the iPhone 12 models in mid-October. The JP Morgan report also supports claims that only the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max will ship with mmWave 5G.

All other iPhone 12 models are anticipated to support sub6GHz. In other words, only the two most expensive iPhone 12 models would feature faster 5G support. This year's iPhone flagship series would be the first lineup to house Apple's A14 Bionic chipset.

The entire series would reportedly feature OLED displays instead of the mixed LCD and OLED panels. The iPhone 12 Pro is anticipated to feature the new LiDar sensor currently found in iPad Pro. This week, Apple announced its September event, which many anticipate would launch the Apple Watch Series 6 and a new iPad model rumored to be the iPad Air 4.

The JP Morgan report mentions the possible announcement of the rumored Apple Services bundle. The said offering would reportedly combine Apple News, Music and TV in one banner. Many enthusiasts believe that the event would focus on Apple Watch Series 6 and the new iPad Air 4. If this happens, it would be the first time in Apple's history that it launches the Apple Watch ahead of the iPhone's debut
