Hidgets makes it possible for you to access and view your health summary on the iOS 14 Home Screen.

The Health app of Apple has a Summary tab which can display a brief overview of your health data. To view the information, you need to go directly to the app as it is not possible to display it on the Home Screen. With Hidgets, you can now view your health summary from the iOS 14 Home Screen.

Developed by Marcel Schmitz, the Hidgets app focuses on four different kinds of health data. These are the Heart, Sleep, Body Measurement, and Mobility. You can customize each of these categories to display particular data, allowing users to hide some of the data from the widget. You can put the Hidgets on the iOS 14 Home Screen, allowing you to view your health summary from there.

There are three different types of settings on all available widgets within the Hidgets app which you can organize and arrange so you can easily view your health summary from the iOS 14 Home Screen. These settings are Minimal, Simple, and Complete. With the Minimal setting, you can display a single icon as well as the main data or information of that category, such as your heartbeat. The Simple and Complete settings add more information to the widget. This includes your average heart rate for the week.

The Hidgets app also has an option that allows you to use the widget in monochrome mode or with colors. This is somehow similar to some of the Apple Watch faces settings. You can also choose if tapping the widget will open Hidgets, which allow you to easily view your health summary from the iOS 14 Home Screen, or open the Health app when you tap the widget.

Another remarkable feature of the Hidgets app is that you can customize the Sleep widget to only display data from a particular source, like your Apple Watch or a third-party app. There is also an option for you to view the data from another accessory. More importantly, the Hidgets app lets you view your health data summary from the iOS 14 Home Screen. Users who have tried Hidgets say that the only downside they see with the app is it offers you only a few widget options as compared to the comprehensive data that the Health app provides you.

Other users say they wish the Hidgets app feature more size options in the future because, at present, it only offers small widgets. This way, the Hidgets developer, aside from giving users the ability to view their health data summary from the iOS 14 Home Screen, would also make it more intuitive for them. Nevertheless, many users say that at its present state, Hidgets is worth a try, particularly for those who take their health data seriously.
