MiHoYo launched "Genshin Impact" on September 28, and with millions of players already playing the game just a week after its release, it's important to know how to become a strong player early and fast without spending money.

Avoid Saving Character Leveling Materials

"Genshin Impact" is not like typical RPG titles that allow players to become stronger by defeating hordes of enemies. In other words, the experience growth in the game is so small it would take any player ages if he solely depends on it. The different books and notes players get as rewards in quests and chests are designed to be used quickly.

In playing "Genshin Impact," players have to choose a character or team and load them up with experience. It is important to have properly leveled characters in the party to navigate the game's world. If you have reached level 20 after an hour of playing, don't feel weird, you are on the right track.

Artifacts Decide Player's Build

While properly leveled characters are important to explore "Genshin Impact," it is just a slice of the pie. If players discover that enemies take several hits to get defeated, it is possibly because artifacts are overlooked. It is important to have a good set of artifacts in the game, which means a massive difference between defeating enemies in two or 10 hits.

In "Genahin Impact," artifacts are crucial armor pieces or accessories that could only be found by playing the game. It boosts the character's stats and can be earned by finishing quests, doing dungeons and opening chests. Artifacts cause the biggest boost for damaging enemies.

Check Team's Elemental Resonances

Every character in "Genshin Impact" features elemental powers, except for the main character. It is important to note that having different elements in your party could yield varied results. For instance, having Venti and the main character with wind elemental power could give the player big boosts in stamina.

With this, it would be much easier to explore the game's world. Meanwhile, having a couple of fire elemental character amplifies the player's attack damage by 25%. For those who are having a hard time knowing the bonuses they are getting for their party makeups, this is available in the character menu.

Collect Two Four-Star Artifacts

Like any other role-playing genre, "Genshin Impact" rewards players by simply talking to every character in the game's world. At one point, players would be asked to do a quest in the cathedral of Monstadt, the starting region. Look for a nun named Victoria and choose a dialogue option with a treasure chest or box to get a reward.

Victoria will gift you a four-star artifact. The other four-star artifact is on a quest involving defeating three enemy camps and lighting three torches with ice, fire and lightning at Dadaupa Gorge. Once completed, players get a four-star feather that offers a massive boost in attack.
