An intense fear of being labeled a loser again, and his deteriorating mental and physical health, will prevent Donald Trump from seeking the presidency anew in 2024.

This prognosis was made by Trump's clinical psychologist niece, Dr. Mary L. Trump, Ph.D., in the wake of claims by her uncle's allies he's aching to make another run at the White House four years from now after his defeat to Democratic Party candidate, Joe Biden.

Trump continues to publicly refuse to accept his defeat to Biden, and his team has filed more than a dozen lawsuits in battleground states that helped Biden win the presidency.

Dr. Trump asserts her uncle won't make a go for the presidency because he's too scared of losing again. She said, "he will never put himself in a position where he can lose like this again."

Dr. Trump said Trump's health and legal issues will also prevent another run. Asked by CNN if she believes her uncle will run again, she replied: "No. First of all, and I know he's said that he would and that's weird because that's conceding the loss now, but I think that was floated initially as a way to appease him and his ego, but he will never put himself in a position where he can lose like this again.

"Secondly, it would mean that for four years he is playing essentially a supporting role, which will be very difficult for him to sustain."

She also feels that by 2024, Trump's health will be too weak for him to serve as president for another four years

"And most importantly, in four years, he will be the same age Joe Biden is now. However, Donald is a very unhealthy person -- he has a terrible diet, he doesn't exercise, he has psychological disorders that continue to go untreated, so I don't even imagine that he'll even be able to run in four years.

"Plus the fact, of course, he may be looking at serious charges being brought against him."

Trump is said to be seriously considering announcing his intention to run in 2024 because he believes announcing his candidacy this early will give him an edge over other Republican candidates. He might announce his candidacy before the New Year, according to some media reports.

Last week, Trump's former chief of staff Mick Mulvaney claimed Trump will "absolutely" run again in 2024, and will be healthy enough to do so in 2028.

Dr. Trump became a household word in America when she published her scathing book, Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man."

The book, which began being sold on July 14, sold an incredible 950,000 copies on its first official day of sales, which is a record for Simon & Schuster, the book's publisher. The book also became No. 1 on Amazon's bestseller list.

Dr. Trump's tell-all tale is about Donald Trump's dysfunctional family, and his upbringing at the hands of his sociopathic father, Fred Trump Sr.

In her book, Dr. Trump describes her uncle as an adult man with the mind of a three-year-old assailed by a range of mental disorders. She said her uncle today "is much as he was at three years old: incapable of growing, learning, or evolving, unable to regulate his emotions, moderate his responses, or take in and synthesize information."
