CD Projekt Red tried to offer a more realistic portrayal of relationships, love, and sex in "Cyberpunk 2077" through romance. In the latest ARPG title from CDPR, NPCs have their own unique tastes and preferences just like the main protagonist, and if they are compatible, they could spark a romance. There are lots of romance options in the game, and one of them is Panam Palmer.

V will meet Panam Plamer in the main story of "Cyberpunk 2077." Players who want to romance Panam could take on her optional quest chain. She is a former Nomad, whom players would get to know in different quests that take them outside of the Night City and into its surrounding Badlands. It is worth noting that for players to be able to romance Panam, they need to be a male V.
How To Romance Panam in "Cyberpunk 2077"
The main quest related to Panam Palmer's story is titled Ghost Town and starts in Act 2 of "Cyberpunk 2077." This takes place after V speaks with Rogue in the Afterlife bar in his attempts to find Anders Hellman. It would then lead into Lightning Breaks and Riders On The Storm.
When it comes to Panam's romance options, everything is straightforward. Players must refrain from pushing the wrong buttons and must side with her over Saul during the talk at the hut. This way, players could keep the romance options alive and well.
It is also important that "Cyberpunk 2077" players must pick every Touch option along the way. There is a chance that they would get rebuffed during the Riders on the Storm quest, but it is not a big deal. They just need to continue siding with Panam and pick every Scrooch Closer or Touch dialogue options during With A Little Help From My Friends and Queen Of The Highway side job quests.
In the Queen Of The Highway quest, V would be given the option to kiss her. This is hard to miss since a big kiss icon would be available next to the right choice. V could kiss Panam again at the end of the quest and thank her for always being there for him.
Also, players should tell Panam that the Basilisk is cozy before doing some shooting practice. It is also important that they listen to Panam's thoughts on impulses before allowing her to touch V and starting the relationship.
