The Daily Express recently released a report about Sam Heughan's latest revelations. Based on his statements, he admitted that he had some "disagreements" with Caitriona Balfe amid working on the set.
The actor shared that things are "not always easy" for him and the Irish actress. While there is "an ease and comfort when working together," there are "disagreements," as well.
Heughan countered, however, that he and Balfe "ultimately always have each other's backs." He added that they are like a "brother and sister," who knows how each other works.
The Outlander Season 6 main star did not go into the details of his disagreements with his co-star. But, he pointed out that the "chemistry takes care of itself," noting that he is lucky to work with Caitriona Balfe.
Sam Heughan's latest reflection is just one of the many statements he has already shared these past few months about the series. While waiting for the filming to begin, he, alongside other cast members, has remained loyal to their fanbase. They continue to give a few hints away, as well as teasers for the upcoming installment.
A separate report from the Daily Express covered one of the actor's previous hints about Outlander Season 6. In analyzing his words, the publication said that Heughan is likely teasing about Jamie Fraser's potential time travel in the new episodes.
Speaking to Parade, the Scottish actor revealed that he could not tell yet whether the sixth installment would base its entire plot on the seventh book of the book series. Nevertheless, he shared that the show has "so much history and time travel" in its overall course.
The same publication, then, concluded that the upcoming all-new episodes of the series might feature Jamie Fraser traveling through time for the first time. As to how this will happen, it remains unknown considering that there are specific rules in the show's version of time traveling.
Town & Country explained how time travel works in Outlander. As noted, there are only a few characters who could travel. These include Claire Fraser, Geillis Duncan, Brianna Fraser, and Roger MacKenzie.
In the previous season, though, they found out that they are not the only individuals who have traveled through time. This might be tackled further in Outlander Season 6, and might even open new doors for other characters to travel, as well.
