Princess Beatrice is planning to move houses and has been going house hunting away from London. She has reportedly set her eyes on a $5 million home and will be ditching her residence at St James Palace.

The granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth has been looking for a house in Cotswolds, which is about a two to three-hour drive outside of the city. The place has its own swimming pool and "party barn" and Beatrice has been around a few times, much to the owners' excitement.

Sources told Daily Mail that Beatrice and her, husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, are keen to put an offer on the sprawling property. The house is near Blenheim Palace, the home of Prince Harry's friend, George Spencer-Churchill, and Cotswolds is also where some of Beatrice's close friends live, such as Ellie Goulding and Kate Moss.

Beatrice and Mozzi are set to celebrate their first-year wedding anniversary in July. The move signifies that the couple is perhaps ready to expand their family, alongside Mozzi's son with a former partner.

This also means that Beatrice is ready to turn over her four-bedroom home at the St James Palace, which is owned by the queen. The princess used to share this house with her sister, Princess Eugenie, who now lives in Frogmore Cottage with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, and their three-month-old son August.

Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice was seen driving her mother, Sarah Ferguson, out of the Windsor home the Duchess of York shares with Prince Andrew over the weekend. Now that lockdown restrictions have been eased, Beatrice is able to see much of her family after weeks of staying apart since she lives in a different bubble from the York household.

Ferguson, on the other, frequents Eugenie's home since it's on the same estate as her house with the Duke of York. The new grandmother said that she thrills her grandson with funny dancing. The duchess is also quite fond of Beatrice's stepson, who is now five years old.

Beatrice was also seen out on a date with her husband in Notting Hill on the weekend. The couple enjoyed lunch in a restaurant and were seen holding hands as they went about a casual Sunday walk.

The pair have known each other from afar since they were teenagers since Mozzi's family is friends with the Yorks. However, Princess Beatrice and her husband only got together a few years ago, after she broke up with an ex-boyfriend whom she was dating for almost a decade.
