Kimberly Guilfoyle, the conservative political commentator and former Fox News host, recently faced a barrage of criticism on social media, with users targeting both her appearance and her political views. The backlash came as Guilfoyle was promoting the latest episode of "The Kimberly Guilfoyle Show" on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
Guilfoyle had announced that the episode would feature "breaking news coverage and expert insights" from notable figures such as Mark Geist, Jeff Gunter, and former Trump aide Peter Navarro. However, the comments section quickly became a hotbed of criticism, with many users focusing on her looks rather than the content of her show.
One user commented, "I don't know what doctor did your plastic surgery, but you should sue them for making you look like you were the goalie on a lawn darts team." Another remarked, "I see you are wearing your Halloween witch costume already." Yet another user asked if she was auditioning for the role of Morticia Addams from The Addams Family.

While some comments were directed at her appearance, others took aim at her political stance and affiliations. One user said, "What a fall from class and grace," referencing her support for former President Donald Trump. Another added, "The stink of Trump is 'BIGLY BAD.'"
What a fall from class and grace. This fall is as deep as falling from the empire state building. Let me tell yah that is a steep fall. Yes you all are seeing this right. Guilfoyle, who has been in a relationship with Donald Trump Jr. since 2018, is no stranger to controversy. She was previously married to California Governor Gavin Newsom and has been an ardent supporter of the Trump family. Recently, she called the ongoing fraud case against several members of the Trump family "generational destruction." She expressed her outrage at the case, stating, "It's outrageous to me to see what they are doing. All because they want to stop him [Trump]. So they parade him in there and say we're going to take all of your property, all of the hard work that you've done here as an American."
Drawing a parallel with third-world countries, Guilfoyle, a former attorney, declared, "That's what we do in third-world countries. We imprison our political opponents because we don't want to face them in the ballot box, we seize their property and their wealth, and that's what we do."
It's worth noting that Donald Trump and his two adult sons were sued by New York Attorney General Letitia James for $250 million in 2022. They were found liable for fraud earlier this year.
Guilfoyle's recent comments and the subsequent backlash highlight the polarized nature of American politics and the personal attacks that often accompany public figures' stances on contentious issues.
