This is a significant shift for Kim, who has previously not kept her relationships private. "But this time is different," a source close to the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star told In Touch Weekly.
Kim is said to be very fond of Odell and does not want anything to ruin their relationship. In addition, he is extremely private. She will tell her family about him when the cameras aren't rolling, but that's all.
For starters, Kim and Odell, who dated the social media maven's sister Khloe in 2016, met at billionaire Michael Rubin's "White Party" in the Hamptons this summer. Odell recently split from his longtime girlfriend, model Lauren Wood, with whom he has a son, Zydn.
“He and Kim went on a few dates after that and the rest is history,” the informant told the magazine.
However, on March 26, Blast (via Yahoo) reported that Kim and Odell had split up after six months of dating. The ex-couple first became romantically involved in September of last year after being spotted in each other's presence. According to reports, the couple split up shortly after Kardashian allegedly expressed interest in having children with the footballer.
According to a Daily Mail source, Kim and Odell split after a brief and low-key romance. “They're not seeing each other anymore right now,” the tipster claimed.
Fans are surprised by the split between the SKIMS co-founder and the footballer, given that it was recently alleged that Kim was open to having baby number five with Odell. The beauty mogul has four children from her previous marriage to rapper Kanye West: North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

One of the reasons they kept their relationship private was Kanye's potential to attack the couple, as he did when Kim was dating Pete. "The second reason is to avoid the backlash from Kanye. After what Kanye put Pete Davidson through, Kim wants to avoid that at all costs. It is only a matter of time now before Kanye says something publicly, but he has no solid proof,” the insider went on.
