It has been rumored that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are mulling about the possibility of going their separate ways this summer. The Duke of Sussex may be planning to make a trip to the United Kingdom a top priority, and during this trip, he will have the opportunity to meet with King Charles.

It is believed that Meghan, who is 42 years old, will not accompany Prince Harry on his trip to the U.K. because she finds it too much to handle, in contrast to her husband. The “Suits” alum, who has not been to the United Kingdom since 2022, is most likely going to continue to reside in California with Prince Archie, who is five years old, and Princess Lilibet, who is three years old.

It has been stated that Prince Harry is feeling "anxious to go home and see his dad," despite the fact that he is interested in going home to the U.K.

The Duke of Sussex paid his father a visit for the last time in February, which coincided with the arrival of the news that the monarch had been diagnosed with cancer, as per Express UK. The encounter between Prince Harry and the King was brief, and it was reported that it lasted for only half an hour. The next day, the father of two was on a flight returning to the United States.

An unnamed source claimed that Prince Harry is eager to get together with a few of his pals in the United Kingdom in advance of his 40th birthday, which will take place in September.

“[Prince] Harry is very anxious to go home and see his dad, catch up with his friends for his birthday in September and also pay a visit to his aunt, Princess Anne. But that situation hasn’t changed for Meghan. She’s respectful that Harry has to go back to his home for practical and emotional reasons, but that doesn’t mean she’s going to go with him,” an anonymous insider told Closer UK Magazine.

In light of the fact that King Charles and Queen Camilla are rumored to be making their way to the Balmoral Estate around the beginning of August, it is possible that Prince Harry may meet with his father at that location.

With Meghan having not been to the U.K. in almost two years, Prince Harry has cited the treatment she has received at the hands of the media as the reason for her absence. During an interview for a new documentary that was broadcast on ITV on Thursday, the Duke of Sussex stated that the behavior of British tabloids was to blame for his wife's decision to stop going back to his homeland.
