Kim Kardashian is extremely dedicated to her new legal drama, “All's Fair.” However, this means that she will have much less time to devote to her famous family's franchise. According to a new report, this has Kris Jenner, the creator of “The Kardashians,” feeling more than a little frightened.
It was recently announced that the 43-year-old creator of SKIMS will be starring in the new Ryan Murphy series that will be produced by Hulu. Glenn Close will also be a part of the project.
In light of the fact that Kim collaborated with the 58-year-old powerful producer on American Horror Story and that she passed the baby bar exam in the state of California in 2021, the forthcoming legal drama appears to be an excellent fit.
“Kim is broadening her horizons and banking on her fruitful relationship with TV producer Ryan Murphy to become a full-blown dramatic actress,” an unnamed source told Life & Style Magazine. Nevertheless, it appears that Kim's new acting ambitions have a minor flaw that needs to be addressed.
“If you know Kris, she has said for years that she wants The Kardashians franchise to go on forever, and the reality show is still super important to Khloé and Kourtney especially,” the anonymous insider told the entertainment news outlet of the Kardashian matriarch, 68, and Kim’s siblings.
The television show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" on E! came to an end on June 20, 2021, after having aired for a total of 20 seasons, as per The Hollywood Reporter. A little over a year later, on April 14, 2022, the reality television show The Kardashians made their debut on Hulu, bringing the famous family back to the television screens. In July, the show's fifth season came to a very successful conclusion.
“Kris put so much work into moving the franchise to Hulu and updating it for the streaming era. It would be a real shame if it ended after a short run. But that doesn’t change the fact that Kim has found this new passion for acting, and that means a lot of 18-hour shooting days where the reality TV camera can’t follow her around,” the informant shared.
Fans are curious about whether or not the famous series could function with eighty percent less Kim Kardashian. This is due to the fact that the mother of four is such an important member of the family, and her interactions with her ex-husband Kanye West and other exes, such as Pete Davidson, make for excellent reality television.
“That’s an open question right now. Kris would rather make fewer episodes a year, but have full access to Kim, than have to make a bunch of episodes that barely feature her,” the mole stated.
The good news is that both shows are available on Hulu, which is a streaming service. “For now, Hulu is going along with that plan. Remember, they are the money behind Kim’s drama series All’s Fair, and they want both shows to work,” the spy pointed out.
“For Kim, there’s only so many hours in the day, and she also has to be a mom and run her non-entertainment brands as well,” it went on. Kim stays occupied with her children, North, which is 11 years old, Saint, who is 8 years old, Chicago, who is 6 years old, and Psalm, who is 5 years old.
“She’s always stretched thin — that’s nothing new — but this is the first time in her adult life that making The Kardashians isn’t her No. 1 professional priority. That in itself is totally uncharted territory for Kris," the tattler said.
There is a lack of clarity on whether or not production on “All's Fair” has officially begun. The date of the premiere has not been publicized as of yet.
