The announcement that Princess Kate, the Princess of Wales, has "finally completed" chemotherapy and is now concentrating on doing everything she can to be "cancer-free" is something that royal watchers have been waiting for for a very long time to hear.

In a heartfelt social media video, Princess Kate, who is 42 years old, provided an update on her health. The video included a compilation of clips from her most recent summer spent with her husband, the Prince of Wales, and their three children: Prince George, who is 11 years old, Princess Charlotte, who is nine years old, and Prince Louis, who is six years old.

The movie was captured by Will Warr, a freelance wedding videographer, at the residence of the Wales family, which is located in Norfolk and is called Anmer Hall.

Prince Wiliam, age 42, Princess Kate and her children were captured on camera engaging in activities such as playing cards in their dining room (accompanied by Princess Kate's parents, Carole and Michael Middleton), having a picnic on the grounds of Anmer, and going on a trip to the seaside as a family.

In particular, the level of intimacy that was displayed between Princess Kate and Prince William in the film was a source of satisfaction and surprise for the audience.

"We've never seen royals portrayed in such a way before," an unnamed source told New Idea Magazine. "The film really gives an insight into their special bond."

In the video's statement, Princess Kate expressed her gratitude, saying: "William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time."

Princess Kate continued by saying that she is "looking forward to being back at work" and being able to participate in public meetings. It is expected that she will most likely attend a Remembrance Sunday service at Westminster Abbey in November, and her traditional Christmas carol concert at Westminster Abbey is scheduled to take place in December.

More than 160 million people watched the wedding of Princess Kate and Prince William in 2011, which was broadcast live from all across the world.

From the gorgeous Sarah Burton gown and Cartier "halo" tiara worn by the bride to the newlyweds' kiss on the balcony of Buckingham Palace, the future appeared to be bright for the entire royal family. The scandals that had plagued them in the past were now put behind them as this younger generation took the spotlight.

Last April 29, Princess Kate and William celebrated their wedding anniversary. Their life together has taken on an undeniable fragrance of relatability, in the sense that they are just trying to keep it all together for Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, and come out of this experience as complete as they possibly can, In Touch Weekly reported.

One could say that the Prince and Princess of Wales are almost like regular people, which is a description that does not typically apply to them.
