After getting lots of treats and tons bonuses during a two-hour event on Jan. 12, there is another event that every Pokemon Go players should look forward.
Just recently, many Pokemon Go players took advantage of getting more bonuses, capture rare Pokemon, and treats during Pokemon Go January 2019 Community Day. But apart from that, Niantic will release another fun event before January ends-and it is Hoenn Event.
On the official website of Pokemon Go, its developer announced that Hoenn Event starts from Jan. 15 to Jan. 29, at 1 p.m. PST. According to the developer, Pokémon originally discovered in the Hoenn region. So during this event, the Pokemons will be appearing more frequently in the wild. The developer also added that if you evolve Shroomish into Breloom during the event, "it will know the exclusive move Grass Knot!" The date and time are set for Jan. 15, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT -8) to Jan. 29, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT -8).
What to expect?
As mentioned earlier, Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild. Apart from that, Raid Battles will include Pokémon originally discovered in the Hoenn region-and these are the Legendary Pokémon Kyogre and Groudon.
Expect that Pokémon (discovered in Hoenn) will have an increased chance of hatching from 7 km Eggs, and you have an opportunity to encounter Shiny Zigzagoon and Shiny Taillow during this event; There will be new avatar items inspired by Team Magma and Team Aqua-it will be available in the Style Shop.
Sounds cool? Before thinking of this upcoming event, this week, Niantic is also hosting a new Limited Research event this Saturday, Jan. 19. Just like Pokemon Go January 2019 Community Day, this event will only run in each region for three hours. During this event, players will be able to get special Limited Research tasks from PokeStops, GameSpot reported.
Speaking of Pokemon Go January 2019 Community Day, some Pokemon Go players tasted real sweet treats, in reality, this event. A Reddit user aryamao decided to bake sweet treats for fellow players. The user posted some of his/her homemade pokemon sweets that she/he wants to share at Pokemon Go Community. The homemade sweets look like Pokémons and look delicious as well.
aryamao also baked other creative geeky dishes including, an Eevee-themed pumpkin pie, homemade Bulbasaur, and Charmander truffles. The Pokemon Go player also made a geeky sweet concoction that pays tribute to Spider-Man.
