Latest Pokemon Go settlement includes removing some pokestops and gyms to resolve complaints filed by angry homeowners.

Pokemon Go popularity rose in 2016. The augmented reality mobile game developed by Niantic reached 500 million downloads since it was launched in July 2016.

However, not all people are happy and not a fan of this game. As a matter of fact, many homeowners filed a lawsuit against Niantic as Pokemon Go made its players trespassed on private properties just to catch Pokemons and gain access to the mobile game's PokeStops and gyms.

In the new settlement lawsuit filed on Thursday, Feb. 14, Niantic will deliver courtesy reminder to its users through Pokemon Go app whenever there are 10 or more players are catching virtual characters in the same place.

Niantic will coordinate with public parks authorities to remind its users of a location's hours of operation. In the same settlement, Niantic should maintain a database of complaints, make "commercially reasonable efforts" to resolve them within 15 days, and remove Pokéstop or Gym removals to homeowners within 40 meters of their properties, Polygon reported.

Niantic was sued in August 2016 by several property owners. The owners accused the developer that its game was enticing its users to trespass on private property. A New Jersey man claimed and sought class-action status for anyone in the United States whose property was designated (without approval, of course) as a Pokéstop or a Pokémon Gym.

Meanwhile, this February, Pokemon Go players can evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine during Community Day. They can only do this if they have a Sinnoh Stone.

Pokemon Go February Community Day started on Saturday, Feb. 16. In the UK, the event started from 10 AM to 1 PM (the event runs for three hours). Swinub has been spotted during the event. According to the source, Niantic plans to introduce Mamoswine in Pokemon Go with an exclusive move.

"For the first time, evolve Piloswine with a Sinnoh Stone during or up to one hour after Community Day to obtain a Mamoswine that knows the Rock-type move Ancient Power, a Pokemon GO Community Day exclusive!" Niantic tweets.

Niantic added that starting Saturday during Swinub Community Day, "certain Charge Attacks will have a chance to trigger stat boosts in Trainer Battles." The developer explained that the stat boosts will persist on the affected Pokemon until they get faint or are switched out of battle.
