Tesla has been working on updates with their electric car. The company will be launching a new feature on its mobile app. The new initiative of the car company will allow the owners to see live updates about their electronic vehicle while they are in service.
The updated mobile app will display the status of the vehicle being services, with "waiting for parts," "ready for pickup" and "in service" illustrator. The Tesla electric car owners will also be advised with the estimated date and time of completion for the appointment for their service. There will be a notification sent to the owners that their Model 3, S, and X are ready for pick up.
The updated mobile app will cater the Tesla owners with a clear, nearly a behind-the-scenes update of their electric car being worked on. Also, they will have up-to-date information about the work n progress being done with their vehicles. In this case, owners of the Model 3, Model S, and Model X will have a peace of mind as the will know the efforts worked on their cars, according to CNET.

Tesla pointed out that they have increased their investments in its service system. The electric car company is also working on improving its service systems. The electric car company is also currently working on same-day delivery, and if not the same hour service.
As follows, Tesla noted that the company mostly will have a "coming to you, instead of you coming to us" service. The electric car company guaranteed owners that the availability of the service will be throughout the country on which they will operate, according to Teslarati.
Tesla has already risen the company's services network over the past year. Of which is that the electric car company started opening an in-house body shop in selected locations in the US. Thus, further improvements such as the live issue detection while the vehicles are in operation has been teased by Elon Musk.
The CEO also pointed out that during the fourth quarter earnings of Tesla, the electric car company will be focusing on its Mobile Services Fleet. This will allow that company to conduct maintenance. Also, basic repairs will favor owners' comfort such as in their home or office.
