Huawei P30, P30 Pro and probably P30 Lite are officially launching in a moment. Here is the final recap on what is in store a few hours before the world greets one of their biggest lines yet.
Leaks about Huawei P30, P30 Pro and P30 Lite have surfaced the internet quite a lot of times over the past months. With the looks of it, the rumored highlight for their next line up of flagship phone justifies the speculations that P stands for photography.
The camera is one aspect that the leaks of Huawei P30, P30 Pro and P30 Lite showcased. A leaked specs sheet revealed that the P30 Pro will feature a rear quad-lens camera composed of the 40 MP f/1.6 main shooter, 20 MP wide-angle camera secondary shooter, 10x hybrid zoom snapper at 8MP with the ToF sensor as the fourth one positioned on the side.
The Huawei P30 vanilla and Huawei P30 Lite are speculated to have rear triple-lens cameras on the other hand. Just like the P30 Pro, both will have the 40MP lens as seen on their sibling the Mate 20 Pro while the second and third lenses will vary copying the Mate 20 lens.
The Huawei P30 series is expected to skip the latest display technology that Huawei used for the Mate 20 series, the hole positioned selfie camera. Instead, they will be sticking to Huawei's usual waterdrop notches front camera at 32MP. The unit colors are expected to come in two variations for both the P30 and P30 Lite; the black and twilight gradient, but Huawei Pro is giving a wider variety of colors to choose from adding the exciting Red and Ice white to the options.
When it comes to appearance, Huawei P30 is also expected to differ from the P30 Pro. Both the P30 vanilla and the P30 Lite are said to come with flat panels, while the P30 Pro will boast at the elegant curved-edges.
The Huawei P30 series will be powered by the Kirin 980 chipset as revealed on previous reports. Batteries will be 3,650 mAh for vanilla while Pro will feature 4,200 mAh and 40W fast charging. Huawei P30 will have a 6GB RAM and 128GB memory or 8GB RAM and 128GB memory while the P30 Pro will only have 6GB RAM and 128 GB memory as a base and will have the combination option of 8GB RAM and 512GB memory.
The Huawei P30, P30 Pro and P30 Lite will be officially introduced today, March 26 in a big event to be held at Paris, France. More updates to come as the world sets their eyes on the Huawei trio launch.
