Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have sent their neighbors around Windsor a list that bans them from talking or asking about their son, Archie Harrison. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have also informed their neighbors that they must not attempt to pet their dogs, should they see the animals being taken for a walk.

According to The Sun, the list of rules in engaging the Sussex royals was given during the most recent residents' meeting. The Do's and Dont's Commandments also included demands like never initiating conversations with the Duke and Duchess, or never offering babysitting or dog-walking services, or never putting items on their mailbox.

There are about 400 people who live within the Windsor estate near the Sussex's Frogmore Cottage. There are mostly employees of the Crown Estate, who are also used to royal protocols.

Some of the neighbors think that the list of demands was over the top as even Queen Elizabeth does not have such rules. They feel that it's weird and strange for Prince Harry to be asking these demands since his grandmother sometimes has tea sessions with her neighbors.

"Everyone who lives on the estate works for the royals and knows how to behave respectfully," one of the neighbors informed The Sun."We aren't told how to behave around the Queen like this. She's very happy for people to greet her."

A staff from Buckingham Palace denied that the Duke and Duchess knew of this list. The palace also denied that the neighbors were handed out a list but instead, a local manager of the estate briefed the neighbors during a talk in the meeting.

Meanwhile, the Daily Express reported that Prince Harry and Meghan are also planning to buy another home. This time, the Sussex couple is said to be looking at a property in Los Angeles.

According to royal expert Emily Andrews, the haunt for the LA house is both a personal and a business reason. Prince Harry and Meghan would like to raise Archie to be close to his American grandmother, Doria Ragland.

At the same time, the Sussex couple will be working with American investors for their foundation and thus will need a home base whenever they are in the U.S. One of these investors is Oprah Winfrey, who has an upcoming TV documentary project with Prince Harry.

"This project with Oprah, whilst it's not going to be the first initiative of Sussex Royal, is a big push they are doing in the America market to try and attract donors for their new foundation," Andrews said. "I think they'll probably buy somewhere in America - of course, Doria lives in LA."
