Barcelona representatives are reportedly in France to meet with the officials of Paris Saint-Germain in order to negotiate a deal with Neymar. The Catalan club has prepared a deal involving $112 million, Philippe Coutinho, and additional player Ivan Rakitic.

What's stalling the deal, according to the report, is getting Coutinho and Rakitic to agree with their inclusion. With Neymar seemingly having more than a foot outside of Paris just days after fans of the club turned on him with vulgar chants and signs reading "go home," it's likely that the Brazilian winger will move back to Spain. There are also reports that have linked Neymar with Real Madrid.

Just two summers ago, Paris Saint-Germain shelled out $246 million to get Neymar on board, but the French club may have to cut their losses with a member who has brought trouble among the group.

In spite of the regular goals that Neymar delivers, his behavior has compromised the deal, and he's injured at crucial moments. Last week's French league season opener saw Neymar cut off of the team by manager Thomas Tuchel, resulting to a comfortable 3-0 win for the club.

We're yet to see if PSG will end up accepting Barca's offer. Coutinho has great potential, while Rakitic, who opened up to CBS Sports about his desire to have Neymar back in Spain, will be 32 years old this season. What's clear as of now is that PSG doesn't want to have to deal with Neymar anymore.

On Friday, Barcelona's La Liga season begins starting with Athletic Bilbao.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid have reportedly bettered their offer to sign Neymar. The club has offered PSG players Marcelo, Varane, and Isco as part of a swap deal as well.

Zinedine Zidane is willing to part with some of his own stars in order to land the wantaway Brazilian. Real is prepared to pay Neymar £700,000-a-week to secure his signature, leaving PSG a lot to decide for, especially since Barca have also prepared a sweet deal.

Should Real land Neymar, they will reportedly give up their chase with Paul Pogba, which is good news for Manchester United.

Pogba has expressed his desire to quit Old Trafford, but Real have already spent £150m to sign Eden Hazard from Chelsea. The Spanish club has already spent a huge sum for Rodrygo, Ferland Mendy, Eder Militao, and Luka Jovic.

The transfer window in Spain closes on Sept. 2.
