The hashtag OleOut on the social networking site Twitter has been going on for a while. But, it appears that the emotions heightened as Manchester United suffered another defeat, this time against West Ham. Old Trafford legend Patrice Evra recently offered his help to Manchester boss while Rio Ferdinand shielded him from critics.
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is getting held from important football personalities. One of this came from Patrice Evra, who volunteered to offer his assistance after the Red Devils' defeat against West Ham. So far, the team has won only a couple of its opening six Premier League games and recently experienced a 2-0 defeat against West Ham.
Patrice Evra, who has been working hard with the youth teams of United while fulfilling his UEFA coaching badges, would like to see the Old Trafford get back on top. On his Instagram account, the five-time Premier League winner stated that it is the right time to get their hands dirty tagging the account of Manchester United board and asking if they are ready to accept help. Patrice Evra, alongside Rio Ferdinand and Edwin van der Sar, have been associated with a director of football role at Manchester United.
During this recent summer transfer window, Manchester United almost inked a deal with Paulo Dybala of Juventus. However, the deal did not push through because of the salary demands of the player. Patrice Evra responded to a fan's comment on his IG post and insisted that Paulo Dybala would be his first signing if he manages transfers at the Old Trafford.

Another Manchester United former player, Rio Ferdinand, jumped into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's defense following its defeat against West Ham. It was West Ham's Aaron Cresswell and Andriy Yarmolenko's goals which led the fall of the Red Devils to eighth place. After the final whistle was blown, some fans demanded Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's removal from the team but, Rio Ferdinand strongly disagreed.

The Red Devils' legend, while driving away from the stadium, met with some supporters of Manchester United and documented the encounter on his Twitter account. In the brief video, the former Manchester United footballer can be seen and heard sticking with the Norwegian boss. He also encouraged the fans to be less reactionary and to have more patience with Ole.
The Englishman even pointed out that a couple of weeks earlier, no one was asking for the dismissal of the United's manager.
