Following Manchester United's defeat to West Ham, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is on the receiving end of harsh criticisms. The defeat also intensifies the #OleOut campaign on Twitter. Among the Norweigian boss' fiercest critics are ex-Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho, who recently slammed the team.

But, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer seems to be on top of what he is doing despite the harsh criticisms. And instead of responding to these denunciations, the Manchester United coach maintained his composure. He refused to get into a slagging match with Mourinho and said that the Portuguese manager is entitled to his own opinion.

The former Red Devils' coach was removed last season and was replaced by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He claimed that he could not see any improvement from Manchester United and even stated that there is no positive side to take from the team most recent defeat. Despite the Old Trafford's 2-0 defeat at the London Stadium, Solskjaer believes that the game could have gone either way and did not agree with Jose Mourinho's dark perspective.

It is no longer surprising to hear critical comments from Jose Mourinho. In the Sky Sports' studio recently, his comments were directed to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. As quoted by Mirror, Mourinho said that while Manchester United was bad in the past season under him, he does not see any improvements despite the arrival of three new players. He added that he was not surprised by the results and that even the Norwegian coach could agree with him that the recent defeat has no positive side.

But, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer refused to give lashing statements against Mourinho's latest remarks. According to him, the Portuguese coach has the right to his opinion. He added that the team lost in the same spot last season and it is always a trying ground, but the team is hoping that it could better than they did. But, Ole acknowledged the fantastic moments from its recent defeat, noting that United just did not take the chances when they had them.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also shared that they did not create adequate chances but big chances, although there are some big moments that they should have taken. The Norwegian boss believes that the game could have gone either way and he did not think that the pacing is the problem considering they got Dan James and Marcus Rashford.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer also noted that Manchester United is a great group to work with because they are determined. He added that sometimes, along the way, there will be bumps, highs, and lows.
