Other camera sensors will also be tested courtesy of the latest test socket of the company.
This test socket enables Samsung to test components of their smartphones before they enter the actual manufacturing process in its manufacturing sites. According to the Korean news outlet, the modules of have already been shipped to the company from its manufacturer, Mecatech Systems. Earlier rumors claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S11 would feature 5X optical zoom on top of its 108 MP camera sensor.
While the recent leak sounds interesting, none of this has been officially confirmed for the Samsung Galaxy S11. Samsung has not yet responded to the latest claims. However, according to SamMobile, if Samsung is getting the test camera sockets for the Samsung Galaxy S11 now, it simply means that the camera sensor assembly was already decided.
