Princess Kate is reportedly eager to go back to work now that the school holidays have come to an end. She is said to be very excited, if a bit nervous, about coming back to work and returning to the public spotlight.
“It’s kind of a bittersweet time for her, she always gets emotional over back to school because it’s a new milestone for her kids and more proof of how fast they’re growing up. But she’s also very excited to be getting back to work herself. She’s feeling so much stronger and healthier and with them busy at school she’ll have a lot more time to focus on work again,” an unnamed source shared to Life & Style Magazine of Princess Kate, 42, who shares children Princess Charlotte, 9, and Princes George, 11, and Louis, 6, with husband Prince William.
A "planned" abdominal operation was performed on Princess Kate in January of 2024, and she continued to demonstrate her unending vigor throughout the year itself, as per TODAY. After a period of two months, the Princess of Wales made a public announcement that she had been diagnosed with a type of cancer that was not identified.
Following the completion of prophylactic chemotherapy treatments, Princess Kate made her initial public appearance on June 15 at the Trooping the Colour ceremony. Since then, she has continued to attend events such as the Wimbledon tennis championship.
Now that the summer is over, Princess Kate is eager to get back into the swing of things, which includes taking on further engagements, attending meetings, and assisting with royal business. She is also looking forward to reestablishing her relationship with the general people. Getting away from activities that revolve so much around medical procedures and trips to the doctor is something that she is looking forward to doing with great intensity.
“Ideally, she’d like to be back to her old schedule, but it’s going to take time for her to get there and she’s being urged to take it slow and steady. William is pretty anxious but trying not to stand in her way because he knows how eager she is to have life get back to normal. She’s the type of person that’s happiest when she’s busy and working so he’s being very supportive, even if it’s got him stressing over whether she’s jumping back in too quickly,” the unidentified insider told the entertainment news outlet.
Shortly after Princess Kate made the announcement that she had been diagnosed with cancer, a second informant asserted that she had been "resting" during this period. During the month of June, another tipster revealed that she was attempting to conserve her energy in order to be there for the enchanted summer break that her children were experiencing.
“It’s going to be all about being outside in nature and letting the kids just be kids. Kate feels horrible that her children have been so worried about her so, more than ever, she wants to make sure this is a summer to remember. She’s promised they’ll have no bedtimes and lots of treats!” the mole stated.
“At the end of the school break, Kate, William and the children plan to go to Balmoral in Scotland to do things that the queen loved: play with her corgis, ride horses and go shooting. It’s a tradition that they look forward to every year!” the spy continued.
The summer that Princess Charlotte, Prince George, and Prince Louis experienced was truly remarkable. Following the fact that Prince William, who is 42 years old, was seen having a great time at a Taylor Swift performance in June with his two oldest children, he was awarded the title of "dad of the year."
As Charlotte and Pippa Middleton watched a finals match at Wimbledon the following month, Charlotte had the privilege of witnessing her mother receive a standing ovation from the audience. These moments were unforgettable.
“It’s clear Charlotte feels so proud to be Kate’s daughter. And she loves doing special things with her mom, like attending Wimbledon. She really seems to understand how lucky she is to have these incredible experiences,” a fourth spy stated.
