Liam Payne's death allegedly prompted five charges. Manslaughter charges have been filed against CasaSur Palermo workers, including chief receptionist Esteban Grassi and security head Gilda Martin.

According to Infobae, hotel staff member Ezequiel David Pereyra, 21, and waiter Braian Nahuel Paiz, 24, have been suspected of supplying narcotics to Liam and have been handed a 24-hour notice to appear in court. In Argentina, the maximum penalty for the offense is 15 years in jail.

After Liam's buddy Roger Nores claimed to have left the hotel an hour before the singer fell to his death, he was charged with negligent homicide and barred from leaving the country.

Tragedy pop sensation Liam, 31, died after falling from his Buenos Aires hotel room's third-floor balcony on October 16. The singer died from "internal and external hemorrhage" and several wounds, a post-mortem found.

Nores reportedly refused to answer questions from a judge investigating the music singer's death earlier this month. Nores vehemently denies abandoning his friend before he went over his balcony. These accusations followed claims that the companion was acting "erratically".

Hotel staff called 911 twice before Liam was found dead. A head receptionist called to say a visitor had "too many drugs and alcohol" and was "trashing the entire room" before the connection went out. The same caller called again, stating that the guest's life "may be in danger" owing to the balcony and requesting that the operator send someone "urgently."

Mr. Nores said Liam died "in good spirits and perfectly balanced." This was said in a TMZ documentary earlier this month. The show covered Liam's death and last hours.

In a statement prior to the documentary's release, he said: "I never abandoned Liam, I went to his hotel three times that day and left 40 minutes before this happened. There were over 15 people at the hotel lobby chatting and joking with him when I left. I could have never imagined something like this would happen."

His next statement was that he referred to Liam as his "very dear friend."

Following the announcement that Liam's girlfriend Kate Cassidy expressed her sorrow and loss on the occasion of her first Christmas without him, the most recent update has been made.

Cassidy posted a Christmas Eve Instagram Story urging people to "be gentle" and send her love to those "carrying grief".

Per Mirror, the message read: "As the holidays are here, I realise it is a time for happiness and joy, but it is also a time of sadness and grief for so many.

"Be gentle with those around you this time of year, as the holidays can feel different for everyone." It continued: "Sending all my love to those carrying grief this holiday. I hope the seasons bring you comfort and peace. Wishing everyone a love-filled and healthy holiday season this year."

Cassidy attended Liam's Buckinghamshire private burial last month with his family and One Direction.

A forensic psychiatric evaluation by Argentine prosecutors ruled out third-party involvement and "self-harm" in Liam's death before the burial. Although other medical background information from the victim's clinical history must still be analyzed, the lack of a defense or self-preservation reflex in the fall and other relevant data from his consumption allow us to conclude that Liam was not fully conscious or losing consciousness at the time of the fall.

The office claimed it analyzed over 800 hours of security camera footage and acquired several dozen testimony from hotel personnel, family, friends, and medical specialists. Buenos Aires premises were raided nine times and Liam's equipment were examined for evidence.

The musician's father, Geoff Payne, received his corpse after the exam. According to prosecutors, "exhaustive and meticulous measures were taken to clarify the circumstances" of the former One Direction singer's death.

Liam died from various injuries and fall-related internal and external bleeding, a post-mortem found. His corpse was recovered in the hotel courtyard.

The public prosecutor's office said cops found drugs in his hotel room and destroyed furnishings after his death.

After Liam died on October 16, fans worldwide organized vigils and musicians paid homage.

His former bandmates, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, and Louis Tomlinson, said they were "completely devastated" and will miss him "terribly".

Simon Cowell said he was "truly devastated" by Liam's death on Instagram, adding, "Every tear I have shed is a memory of you."
