Bandai Namco Entertainment recently announced the official release of the Ultra Pack 1 downloadable content of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." Although July 11 is still a few days away, many players of the second iteration of the popular fighting game experienced server outage across various gaming platforms. The general assumption right now is that the team behind the popular game is now preparing for the arrival of the Ultra Pack 1.

Earlier today, several fans took to Twitter their frustrations on their experience while playing "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." Players first noticed that the game's servers on Steam went down. Later, it was discovered that the game's Steam servers are not the only one affected. In fact, players across gaming platforms like Xbox One and PlayStation 4 experienced the same.

The Ultra Pack 1 is set to arrive in "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" on July 11. The upcoming downloadable content will bring three new playable DLC characters. These are Ribrianne from Universe 2, Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Evolved Vegeta, and Super Saiyan God Vegeta. These new playable characters will bring with them their own set of ultimates and new moves.

The Ultra Pack 1 of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will also bring eight Super Souls, eight additional skills, four new costumes, and five new parallel quests. On June 15, the game developer rolled out a new update on the game's TP Medal Shop which includes adding new Super Souls. Between June 16 and June 21 new Super Souls for Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Gohan, and Piccolo have been updated.

From June 22 to June 28 Super Souls of kid Goku, Frieza, Hercule, Majin Buu, Bardock, and Tarble have been updated in the TP Medal shop of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." Oceanus Shenron's Super Soul has also been updated along with Turles's Super Soul, Lord Slug's Super Soul, Cooler's Super Soul, and Salza's Super Soul. Others included in the update are Metal Cooler's Super Soul, Broly's Super Soul, and Bojack's Super Soul.

Between June 29 and July 5, gifts will be available, which were initially planned to return on the 15th. This was however postponed due to the latest TP Medal Shop update. Fans are also looking forward to Bandai Namco Entertainment to announce the Free DLC and its contents. So far, Bandai has not yet revealed if a free DLC is also coming along with the Ultra Pack 1, which is a paid DLC. "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
