According to the details, the upcoming Community Day will offer special Field Research tasks that will emphasize on the featured Pokemon.
Make sure that you claim your rewards and clear the space for this kind of quests if you want to see them. Most often, Niantic Labs does not announce or confirm the presence of Shinies during the "Pokemon Go" Community Day event. However, make sure to be always on the lookout for the shiny Ralts when you are hunting.
