Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 Plus were recently released worldwide and Samsung fans by now have purchased one of the latest smartphones from the Seoul-based tech company. But, it seems that the upcoming smartphone from Samsung, with the alleged name Samsung Galaxy S11, promises better technology and more advanced features. If the latest leak is accurate, the Samsung Galaxy S11 will have an impressive rear camera, three 5G variants, and will feature SoCs built on TSMC's N7P process.

Yesterday, we reported the latest rumor about Samsung Galaxy S11 from serial leakster Ice Universe where he shared that the upcoming smartphone will have far better camera specs compared to the recently released Galaxy Note 10. Today, another set of rumors surfaced online reveal more details on what the upcoming smartphone will feature that somehow align with the previous leak. According to the report, the Samsung Galaxy S11 will have a 48 MP rear camera and a 64 MP camera sensor.

Interestingly, the report claims that Samsung Galaxy S11 will be released next year with three variants. The lineup seems to be concealed under codenames SM-G981, SM-G986, and SM-G988. The greatest revelation about this latest rumor is that all three Samsung Galaxy S11 variants will feature 5G connectivity.

It appears that the Seoul-based tech and electronics titan is betting big on 5G along with the usefulness of 5G support on their gadgets and smartphones. In terms of processing, the upcoming smartphone is anticipated to feature SoCs made on TSMC's N7P process. The N7P is a careful implementation of the Extreme Ultraviolet Lithography, otherwise known as EUV.

This enables smaller and much finer circuit patterning on the chip, which, as a result, enhances the power efficiency of the chip by minimizing leakages. Another interesting upgrade that fans might see on Samsung Galaxy S11 lineup is the display. The Galaxy Note 10 utilize an enhanced variant of the company's proprietary M9 display material which is also available in Galaxy S10 series.

It appears that Samsung will introduce its first-generation display on the Samsung Galaxy S11 series. With Samsung's reputation of producing impressive displays, Samsung Galaxy S11 display details are something to watch out for. Aside from the Samsung Galaxy S11 details, the report also mentioned the Samsung Galaxy Fold.

Surprisingly, the report highlights that the company is now developing a new foldable phone even though the Galaxy Fold is not yet released. The new foldable device is reportedly concealed under the codename SM-F700F. It appears that Samsung is making sure that its next foldable device will not suffer the same fate as the Galaxy Fold.
