When the King and Prince William celebrated Prince Harry's 40th birthday by posting on social media, widespread speculation sparked that the breach that had existed between the royal family and Prince Harry might now be beginning to heal. It was the first official birthday mention of the Duke of Sussex in three years.
On the other hand, the same cannot be said about their connection with his wife Meghan, 43, since it appeared that she had been cut out of the picture, which was shot in 2018 when Prince Harry and his wife were still working royals, as per Woman's Day Australia. By asserting that the image was provided to them at the same time that they posted it, the palace has been making a concerted effort to deny that the move was intentional.
Recently, Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, was confronted with allegations that she was a "difficult" boss who mistreated her employees.
The accusations, on the other hand, have been disproved by a person who works with the Duchess of Sussex. The source described the allegations as a "fabrication" and "total nonsense."
The timing of the allegations has also caused many people to raise their eyebrows. According to those who are currently in the know, it is possible that a dissatisfied former employee is the one who is spreading the allegations about Meghan Markle.
In the midst of allegations of an alleged departure of their personnel, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex experienced a little setback.
According to PEOPLE Magazine, Josh Kettler, who was serving as the head of staff for Harry and Meghan at the time, resigned from his position after only three months. This makes him the 18th significant staffer that the former working royals have lost.
As soon as he started working there, he was hailed as the one who would "guide Harry" through the next part of his life, but he left unexpectedly.
Helena Chard, a British broadcaster and photographer, pondered on the situation at the time, and she stated that the significant staff turnover indicates that "something is wrong" somewhere in their camp, as reported by Fox News.
"The sad thing is all these employees have been chosen carefully," Chard explained. "They have previously excelled working for demanding bosses in high-performing companies and environments. I can only believe that Harry and Meghan are tricky customers and make it near impossible for their staff to excel in their roles."
