NetherRealm Studios have been quiet about the Kombat Pack 1 of "Mortal Kombat 11." But, creative director Ed Boon has been very active spilling what is to come in the downloadable content of the popular fighting game. Just recently, he shared another hint about one of the upcoming DLC characters, Nightwolf, and it seemed that he already gave away the arrival of the powerful Shaman.
On Twitter, Ed Boon hinted that Nightwolf might arrive in "Mortal Kombat 11" on Thursday and not on the earlier anticipated August 13 date. The tweet comes with Samuel L. Jackson'S gif with a text saying that he is keeping his fingers crossed but "The Wolf" should be in on Thursday. The gif is the actor's character in Pulp Fiction, but the movie Boon was referring to is the 1994 film titled "The Wolf" played by Harvey Keitel.
Some fans downplayed this, believing that the creative director is just trolling the fandom. Their replies to his tweet were apparent that they no longer believe the statement. The same is seen in the subreddit of "Mortal Kombat 11" on Reddit.
However, Ed Boon's tweet also makes sense given that the EVO 2019 is just around the corner, and the August 2 date could be just the official announcement of the arrival date of Nightwolf. The powerful Shaman's appearance in "Mortal Kombat 11" will be a lot older compared to his appearance in the previous series. This makes a lot of sense because of the time skip the series experienced when it released the "Kombat Kids in MKX."

But, despite his older stance, based on earlier leaks, it appears that Nightwolf has a very imposing image. A lot of fans are looking forward to his moves in the popular fighting game. While it is highly likely, NetherRealm Studios will show Nightwolf's trailer at EVO 2019, but he might not be the only character that will be shown at the event. Sindel the Queen might have a cameo role or might also get an arrival date at the event.
Todd McFarlane's Spawn might also make an appearance during "Mortal Kombat 11's" event at the EVO 2019. "Mortal Kombat 11" is developed by NetherRealm Studios and playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and the hybrid console, Nintendo Switch. Meanwhile, EVO 2019 is scheduled between August 2 and Agust 4. The "Mortal Kombat 11" finals is scheduled on Saturday night.
