Princess Kate, the Princess of Wales, has developed a more lenient attitude toward her brother-in-law, the Duke of Sussex, as a consequence of her recovery from cancer, a new report claimed.

Even though Prince Harry and Kate were formerly quite close to one another, the insults that he directed at her in his biography "Spare," which was published in 2023, appeared to destroy any hope of the two of them ever being back together.

A royal insider, however, has revealed to New Idea Magazine in an exclusive interview that the princess, who is 42 years old, has just started to have a change of heart.

"Facing your own mortality changes people. Kate knows how precious life is and to not waste time on the past. During her chemotreatment, Kate read theories on cancer being linked to repressed anger and stress. So she's making a big effort to let go of any grudges, the anonymous insider explained.

Given the weight that she is carrying in her mind on forgiveness, Princess Kate is currently contemplating the possibility of giving an olive branch to Prince Harry, who recently celebrated his 40th birthday on September 15.

When it comes to making contact with Prince Harry, Princess Kate is a master of the art. Following the funeral of Prince Philip in 2021, she engaged in conversation with him. Subsequently, she decided to step aside in order to facilitate a talk between Harry and her husband, the Prince of Wales.

However, despite the fact that Princess Kate may be in a more forgiving attitude at the moment, her husband, Prince William, is a completely different and more obstinate individual.

"Harry is still persona non grata in William's world. But Kate's beginning to think it's time they were the bigger people in this," the anonymous insider stated. "The ace up her sleeve, as far as William is concerned, is that opening the door for Harry is a way of keeping him from doing something else damaging again."

Prince Harry has been making noises about his desire to return to the United Kingdom on a more regular basis, so it is safe to assume that he will welcome any gesture from his sister-in-law, regardless of how minor it may be, as per In Touch Weekly.

"Harry's in a really difficult position, and he has been wracked with guilt over how he has treated Kate," the undisclosed informant stated.

In spite of the fact that Prince Harry may not be eligible for a complete pardon from the Wales family for quite some time, Princess Kate's new slogan of "life's too short" seems to "offer him a glimmer of hope too," as per the tipster.
